Inclusion Centre Manager
We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated individual to ensure that our Inclusion Centre (internal exclusion provision) operates in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that students learn from their mistakes, become more resilient and develop as individuals, engaging in their learning and taking personal responsibility for their actions.
Alderwood Senior School is a rapidly improving and high performing school, producing GCSE results above national average. Behaviour across the school is very good, with Ofsted describing it as ‘very settled and calm.’

Hours: 37 hours pw. 8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3.30pm Friday. Term time plus one week.
Salary details: Hampshire County Council Grade D – Actual salary is £24,371 to £27,166 (FTE £27,780 to £30,564.
