Job Introduction
Job/Person Summary
Due to one of our brilliant teachers securing their first leadership role, we now have space to recruit a new teacher to our team. We are a small school with a big heart. Although we only have 6 classes, our teaching and learning spaces and outdoor areas are bright and spacious. We are a connected community who all have one common goal, to ensure that all children at Hart Plain Infants are:
- Successful
- Happy and safe
- Respectful members of the community

The ideal candidate will be experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated. You must agree that children thrive when they learn within a safe, calm and nurturing environment. You need to be a practitioner who is relentless to make a difference through delivering high quality and challenging lessons. You must be able to promote strong habits for behaviour for learning and create a classroom environment where learning is infectious and exciting.
In return we can offer you the chance to work within a small, supportive team. A school where work life balance is carefully considered including minimal after school meetings, a well-planned, organised and resourced curriculum to help reduce the planning load and a golden ticket incentive. As we are a small school, there is also the opportunity, if desired, to experience leading a range of subjects and school projects as well as plenty of opportunity to support others through coaching and mentoring.
