- Is passionate about teaching and learning and understands how to motivate and engage learners effectively.
- Has a clear understanding of how children learn and can use assessment for learning effectively to inform next steps for children, allowing for teaching to be flexible and responsive to children’s learning needs.
- Understands the importance of positive and professional relationships with all stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has high expectations of achievement and behaviour to create a classroom ethos that reflects the wider vision of our school.
- Is committed to personal and professional development for continued growth.
- Has a positive and energetic outlook, as well as being proactive and resourceful.
