We are looking for two exceptional class teachers to join our brilliant team at Herne Junior School. Whether you are at the start of your career and looking for a school to nurture you as a practitioner or you are an experienced teacher looking for a change, we would love to hear from you!

We are located in the heart of the beautiful, South Downs market town of Petersfield, with excellent connections into London. We are looking for someone who has the following essential professional characteristics:
- Supports the development and provision of groups of children, including: SEND, Pupil Premium, LAC and EAL
- Actively promotes quality first provision, progression and achievement
- Ensures pupils are challenged in their learning at all levels and monitor impact of support
- A practitioner that ensures learning is fun and creative
- Is a warm, friendly practitioner who thrives in a close knit team of professionals, able to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Has a good sense of humour
- Is a team player able to motivate and enthuse others
- Is forward thinking and aspirational
- Is willing to learn
The successful candidate will:
- Be a positive and self-motivated individual,
- Have high expectations of children's attainment, progress, behaviour and emotional well-being with a passionate for improving the life chances of our children.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be able to develop good working relationships within the school community.
