We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed classroom teacher to join our friendly, hard-working team. This is a Main Pay Range vacancy and the post is suitable for experienced or early career teachers.

We are looking for a primary specialist who:

  • Is, or aspires to be, an excellent practitioner who secures good pupil progress for the children in their care
  • Committed to high standards of personal and professional development
  • Provides effective and innovative learning opportunities to engage all children
  • Understands the importance of positive relationships and how these create a school community which reflect the values and ethos of our school
  • Understands and embraces neurodiversity and is able to show this throughout the school day
  • Deploys a range of positive behaviour management strategies seeking to build mutually respectful relationships within their class
  • Can lead, manage and develop a subject area (in the future for ECT)
  • Is a good communicator and team member and is caring, flexible and approachable
  • Would be supportive of our Christian ethos
