Hours: 15 hours per week, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Contract:Term time only, plus select Inset Days

Caterlink is seeking a reliable, energetic, and friendly Kitchen Assistant to join our dedicated catering team at Hatch Warren Infant School. You will play a vital role in keeping our school kitchen running smoothly and helping young pupils enjoy a happy, healthy lunchtime experience.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation under the guidance of the School Cook.
- Set up the dining hall and prepare service areas for the lunchtime rush.
- Serve meals to young children with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Wash dishes and operate the commercial dishwasher efficiently.
- Clean kitchen equipment and counters daily to maintain strict hygiene standards.
What We Are Looking For
- A hard-working team player who can work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, friendly manner with infant-aged children.
- Reliability and punctuality to ensure lunches are served exactly on time.
- Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is helpful, but full training will be provided.
