We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and ambitious Learning Coach to support the learning of SEN students. This post is suitable for candidates with previous experience of working with young people, or those who wish to gain more experience before considering a career in teaching.
We can offer a range of flexible working arrangements to suit the right candidates – this could be full-time, part-time, school hours, later starts and earlier finishes.

The successful candidate will:
- be smartly presented and have a professional attitude to employment;
- be punctual and reliable;
- flexible and hard-working;

- have a firm but sympathetic manner, with a good sense of humour;
- have a good standard of education (preferably to degree level) and sound literacy and numeracy skills;
- be willing to undertake training and develop their skills.
The role will include:
- coaching and mentoring students to help them achieve their best in a range of subjects and across key stages;
- working alongside teachers in classrooms, with students across all ability levels;
- working within The Hub (our dedicated SEND and inclusion provision) delivering small group or individual support sessions.
