We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated LSA to join our small, friendly and hard-working team. The LSA role will involve supporting children in class as well as delivering interventions to small groups and to specific children on a one to one basis and will be class based in our Year 1 & 2 cohurt.
Candidates should have Maths and English qualifications to GCSE Grade C or above or their equivalent. Experience of supporting young children in a school setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
We are looking for someone:

• Who has an ability to inspire pupils
• Who can work collaboratively with colleagues and who enjoys being part of a team
• Who has very good organisational skills, the ability to use their initiative and to prioritise their many responsibilities
• Who enjoys being flexible but always maintains high standards
• Who has some experience in delivering daily phonics lessons or other LSA experience
