It states, 'Staff are proud to work at the school.'
We are looking for a learning support assistant with experience of working with children to join our dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking school team from September 2026.

- Support pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and external professionals
- Help to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Support with children's play and supervision at break and lunchtimes
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with primary-aged children (preferably in a school setting)

- Have good communication and organisational skills, and be able to use their own initiative
- Be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Have a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team
- GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths and be confident with IT
We can offer:
- A welcoming and supportive staff team
- A school that is minutes away from the sea!
- Large grounds
- Well-behaved, enthusiastic pupils who enjoy learning
- Opportunities for professional development and training
