Salary: £17,090–£18,088 (Grade B/C, dependent on qualifications and experience)
Rachel Madocks School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team. This role is a maternity cover position, where you will work with students aged 2–19 with diverse learning, communication, and health needs. About the Role:
This role is 30 hours per week, term-time only, from 8:45am to 3:15pm Monday–Friday (including a 30-minute lunch break). There is some flexibility in hours for the right candidate, though a minimum of three days per week is required. The successful candidate will:
- Work across the breadth of the school, supporting pupils with complex needs.
- Be a valued member of a committed and friendly team.
Requirements:
We welcome applications from individuals with or without experience in SEND. A strong desire to work with children and support their development is essential. The ability to attend after-school meetings and essential training sessions is required.
