Learning Support Assistant for Resourced Provision

Job Introduction

Are you ambitious for young people, deeply caring, and passionate about creating an inclusive learning environment? We are looking for an exceptional Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team within our brand-new Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Resourced Provision.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Resourced Provision Manager and SENCO to deliver outstanding, targeted support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will be integral to breaking down barriers to learning, facilitating academic progress, and enhancing our students' social and emotional development. 

We are specifically seeking candidates who have proven experience in delivering targeted intervention programmes in either Mathematics (Maths) or Speech, Language, and Communication (SLCN). You will work with individual students and small groups, designing and implementing tailored progress pathways to build confidence and capability.
