We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work with 1:1 with a Key Stage 2 child with additional needs.
The successful person will have experience of working in a primary school and who:
- Is patient, caring and empathetic towards children with additional needs
- Can adapt tasks and approaches to help children access appropriate learning
- Will be able to work independently under the direction of the class teacher and the SENDCo
- Listens to, and acts upon, the advice provided by outside agencies
- Is willing to engage in ongoing professional development
