We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Learning Support Assistant trained in ELSA or TALA to join our dedicated team;

What you offer:
- The ability to deliver literacy & numeracy intervention at KS3 & KS4
- The knowledge to work both on a 1:1 basis and as a lead for small groups as a part of the schools use of Pupil Premium to achieve measurable gains
- An understanding of a range of learning difficulties and how to develop effective strategies to support students overcome these barriers to learning
- An attention to detail for record keeping and using databases as a part of school pupil monitoring processes
- GCSE Grade C or above in English & Mathematics or HTLA
