Job Introduction

We are seeking to appoint a committed, innovative, and inspiring Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and conscientious Learning Support Assistant who is looking to join a fantastic team. We are looking for someone who:  

  • Is committed to bringing creativity and energy into the classroom
  • Be a calm, reliable person, passionate about making a difference for our students
  • Has the ability to challenge, motivate and inspire young learners 
  • Is able to demonstrate they can work under pressure and prioritise effectively
  • Is committed to safeguarding and equality 
  • Is persevering, patient and has a good sense of humour 
  • Willing to work flexibly as the needs and demands of the school fluctuate 
  • Have a nurturing nature which will support and develop the wellbeing of all students 
  • Has the ability to work effectively as part of a team and form positive relationships with students, parents, carers, colleagues and the wider community.
