What you’ll do

As an LSA, you will support children across the school, including those with additional needs, providing:

  • Small group support
  • 1:1 support where required
  • 0.5 hours of lunchtime play supervision per day, helping children enjoy school, build relationships and develop social confidence

You will work in collaboration wit the class teachers, SENDCo and DHT.

About the role (key details)

  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 8.30am–3.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (with 0.5 hr unpaid lunch break)
  • Salary: EHCC Grade B, starting at £24,796 full time equivalent (actual pay is pro-rated for term time only)
  • Vacancy closes: 12th June (noon)
  • Interviews: Monday 22nd June
