- Hours of Work: 8.40am-3.20pm Mon-Fri, 31 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
We are looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate learning support assistant to join our team. The role requires a flexible and adaptable approach as you could be working across several classes, supporting a handful of children or working intensively with one child with learning needs. Experience of supporting similar children or young adults in a professional or domestic capacity would be helpful.

The ideal candidate would;
- Have a strong moral purpose and be ready personally to champion the needs of the child
- Be resilient
- Be a reflective practitioner and able to be both consistent and flexible
- Have experience of supporting children or young people with Cognition and Learning needs, SEMH and/or ASC needs
- Be able to communicate effectively with teachers, senior staff and parents
- Be resourceful and intuitive
- Have GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English or the equivalent
