About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in class, working closely with the class teacher
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
- Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where appropriate
- Encourage independence, confidence and a love of learning
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is patient, nurturing and has a genuine passion for working with children
- Has good communication and teamwork skills
- Is able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Is flexible, reliable and proactive
- Has experience working with primary-aged children (desirable, but not essential)

Additional Information
- Hours: 8:45am – 3:20pm, Monday to Friday
- Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Term time only position
- Start date: September 2026
