Salary Details: Grade B, £24,796 FTE
Hours of Work: 30 hpw and an additional 2.5 hpw lunchtime support contract will be considered for the right candidate.

Crofton Hammond Infant School is a two-form entry, infant school based in the Fareham area. The successful candidate will;
- Have an understanding of safeguarding within education and be willing to undertake regular training on this.
- Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards one.
- Have experience of working with children in the infant age group
- Have experience of working with children with SEN/EHCP
- Have GCSE English and Maths
- Have a desire to work as part of a team and have good interpersonal skills
- Be able to support children in the learning process and enable them to be independent
- Be able to work effectively with children either individually or in small groups to enable them to achieve their best
- Have enthusiasm and creativity to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved.
- Be willing to "go the extra mile" in any respect to achieve the very best outcomes for the children in our care
- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative and able to use their initiative
- Be organised, efficient and professional in their approach
- Be caring, understanding and patient
