Learning Support Assistant with Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant and Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team at Portway Junior School.
We are a popular junior school on the edge of Andover, where we are committed to making a difference to every child. Our most recent Ofsted report described us as a good school that is friendly, welcoming and mutually supportive, highlighting the outstanding care, guidance and support our pupils receive and our strong partnership with parents and carers.
This is a varied and rewarding role. You will have opportunities to support children within the classroom, work alongside teachers and other staff, and provide targeted 1:1 support for individual pupils. You will also work as a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant, helping to ensure our children have a happy, safe and positive lunchtime experience.

Learning Support Assistant - Salary scale B – term time only (39 weeks per year).
This is a permanent position.
Hours are as follows (term time only):
Five Days 8.30am - 3:30 pm (with 30 minutes for lunch)
Total Hours = 32.5 (Monday - Friday)
Actual salary £19,298.28 (full time equivalent of £25,615) Depending on experience
