Job Introduction
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and talented Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will be joining one of Hampshire’s largest primary schools which plays host to 630 amazing children. We are incredibly proud of our ‘School Within a Garden’ ethos, our inclusive ‘Market Days’ provision, our sports and the facilities we have to provide a terrific performing arts curriculum. More generally, we are proud of the well-rounded cohorts of confident young people that leave Berrywood at the end of Year 6.
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced LSA who is able to work with us on a full-time basis. You need to be a very positive character with a growth mindset and a true desire to encourage and nurture the best from all children. If you have experience in successfully delivering interventions, or have additional qualifications then these too will be of great benefit.
Please note that as an LSA you could be required to work in any year group. Your starting placement will be based on your professional skills, knowledge and experience.
