Job Introduction
LSA role Fixed term
Are you creative and resourceful? Do you thrive on building strong relationships with children and believe in the power of trusted adults making a genuine difference? You might be just what our lovely school needs! We are looking to appoint an LSA on a fixed term basis in the first instance until the end of the school year (31.08.2026). This is an exciting opportunity to work within our caring team. We value childhood and play, and have been busy creating opportunities for children to experience being outside, developing a new curriculum and embedding our relational approach across the school. Our school values include 'Be Curious' which has been a focus over the past year and resulted in a range of enrichment opportunities. We like to hear about staff's hobbies and interests as these often contribute to clubs, visitors and trips. It is important to us that you value the impact of roles and responsibilities for children, which develops a sense of belonging at Clanfield. Our children have been involved in a huge range of volunteer roles within our school, such as the Clanfield Rangers who are teaching the pupils about permaculture, School councillors who have transformed lunch times and our brand new community officers. Come and join our team! Disclaimer: We reserve the right to close a vacancy earlier than the advertised date if we receive applications that meet the criteria. We may interview candidates at a mutually convenient time before the closing date, so please submit your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
