At Manor Field Infant School, the children are at the very heart of everything we do, we have a strong, supportive staff and are looking to expand our team to further support children with their learning.

Experience in a school would be preferable, especially experience of supporting children with additional needs. However, we are happy to support and develop someone less experienced.
The role will involve 1:1 support, some group work and lunchtime supervision, helping the children progress and develop on their personalised learning journey.
Duties will include:
- Supporting a child or small groups of children with their Education, Health and Care Plan Outcomes
- Leading interventions for speech and language, fine and gross motor skills and supporting children within the classroom as directed by the teacher and our SENCo
- Supporting children to build independence and self-care routines

This is a temporary contract for one year starting in September 2025, with the possibility of extending into 2026/2027.
