We are a small, nurturing primary school committed to providing a warm and inclusive learning environment for all our pupils. We are currently looking for a caring, flexible, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team.In this varied role, you will work across different year groups, supporting children with their learning and development. You’ll play a key part in helping to create a positive, engaging classroom experience—working both with individual pupils and in small groups under the guidance of the class teacher
.What We’re Looking For:
- An individual who sets high standards for the children that they work with
- A positive, patient and adaptable approach to working with children
- A willingness to work flexibly across different age groups (Year 1 to Year 6)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting
- Knowledge of strategies to support children with additional needs
