The Role
We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work closely as part of our Learning Support Team. The successful candidate will support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) both in class and in small intervention groups. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people aged 11–16 and wants to contribute positively to their education and wellbeing.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach.
- The ability to think creatively and work as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training (experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential).

Salary: Grade B: £18,482 to £18,728 per annum (FTE: £24,027 to £24,348 per annum)
Hours: 37 hours per week (8am – 4pm daily) or part time will be considered for the right candidate.
Contract: Permanent, 40 weeks
