We are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic learning support assistant to join our team. This role will involve supporting children with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis.
The ideal candidate would;
- Ideally have experience of working with children in an LSA capacity
- Be a reflective member of staff, able to be both consistent and flexible
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Be resourceful and able to act on their own initiative
