Forest Edge Learning Federation, is a partnership of three small schools that work closely together to provide a quality education for the children in our area - Breamore, Hale and Hyde. At our OFSTED inspection in November 2023, we were judged as a good school with outstanding for personal development. We are seeking to appoint two committed and enthusiastic 1:1 Learning support assistants to join our friendly federation team.
The roles are fixed term positions until 31.08.2027. One position is full time and the other position is 4 days per week, term time only
The successful applicants will:
be motivated and be able to work independently and with initiative
be team players who have a ‘can do’ attitude
have experience of working with children with additional needs
have an inclusive ethos in supporting children with additional needs
have an understanding of ASD and ADHD
have an understanding of EBSA
be caring and professional
have an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
have good verbal and written communication skills
