Lettings and Community Use Manager - Support Staff Grade E
£31,384 to £34,403 (FTE £33,178 to £36,369 )
To include some evening & weekend working
35 hours p/week
We are looking to appoint a reliable, professional and business-minded person to lead our Lettings and Community Use Team. Our extensive facilities serve our students, staff and the local community and include a 3G sports pitch, gymnasium, dance studio, sports hall, tennis courts and sports fields.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the school’s community leisure facilities during evenings, weekends and school holidays. This will include building strong links with community teams, school staff, and other external organisations in order to secure and maintain good relationships and income, the safety and wellbeing of customers and the security of the site and grounds in addition to promoting and marketing the available facilities.
We are looking for a committed team player with high standards, excellent organisational and communication skills and a customer-focused outlook. You will have the ability to problem solve efficiently and calmly whilst providing excellent customer care to the local community.
Regular evening and weekend work as part of a shift pattern, covering unplanned absences and flexibility to cover all day events during school holidays is required. You will have good leadership qualities with the ability to organize the team to meet the booking requirements of customers.
This is a permanent post working a minimum of 35 hours per week with 25 to 28 days annual leave (depending on length of service) plus bank holidays.
