Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Job Introduction

Contract/Hours: Fixed-term contract for duration of Apprenticeship, Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm & Friday 8am to 3.30pm (30 minute lunch break)

Salary Type: £7.55 per hour

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week Term Time Only + 1 week (40 weeks)

Job/Person Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic person who wishes to be trained as an Administration Assistant. The apprenticeship comprises practical employment experience whilst having an education programme that will lead on to a nationally recognised qualification. You will learn administration and customer service skills whilst working within a team. You will learn to work with a team and as an individual. Duration of the apprenticeship will vary depending on entry qualifications, with one day a week in the classroom. Observation and assessment by professional teachers and assessors takes place throughout the duration of the apprenticeship to build upon your levels of understanding leading towards your qualification. 
 
This role is for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, is courteous and well-mannered and an articulate team player. You should have the ability to communicate professionally to all both orally and in writing. You should have good organisational, planning and follow-through skills and have strong computer skills. You must have the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentially.
