Job Introduction
Compton All Saints CofE Primary School is seeking a dedicated and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during lunchtime. This role involves supervising children in the dining hall and playground, assisting with meal distribution, and promoting positive behavior. The role is for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week, term time only. The hours are between 12-1pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during lunchtime in the dining hall and playground.
- Assist with the distribution of meals and ensure children are eating safely.
- Promote positive behavior and address any issues that arise

- Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
