Job Introduction
The Crescent Primary School is a large three-form entry school, located in the centre of Eastleigh. We run our own breakfast and after-school club called Shooting Stars and are looking for a competent and experienced member of staff to lead the planning and delivery of the clubs.
Hours of Work: 23.75 hours per week, term time only - 7.15am to 9.00am & 3.00pm to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
We are looking for someone;
- With experience of working in a childcare setting
- With experience of supervising staff
- Who has a positive, can-do attitude
- Who actively encourages play and engagement of all children
- Who has a positive approach to behaviour management
- Who promotes independence amongst children
- Who has good communication skills
- Who is able to use their initiative and think ahead
- Who understands what safeguarding means in the context of working in a school
