Job/Person Summary

We are looking for a caring and committed Pastoral Assistant/Behaviour Support Worker to join this strong team who support our students in their day to day lives at CPS. You must be calm under pressure and display sensitivity and confidentiality when dealing with students and staff. You will also provide support to the operational work of the Heads of Houses as well as working closely with other colleagues and Pastoral leaders as part of the team in HQ.

This role is either full-time (5 days a week) or part-time (minimum 3 days a week), 7 hours per day, 40 working weeks per year, term time only, including INSET days. 

Salary: FTE £25,186 per annum - FTE £26,244 per annum (pending experience), Grade C. You will receive a pro rate salary, based on working hours and working weeks.
