We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Special Needs Assistant (SNA) to join our fantastic Early Years Team.
January 2027 - August 2027 (fixed term contract)
22.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8.45 am –1.15pm (including lunch)
We are seeking a caring, patient and enthusiastic EYFS Special Needs Assistant to support children with Autism and Communication & Interaction needs. The successful candidate will have a nurturing approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and staff. Experience of supporting children with SEND, particularly communication needs and autism, is desirable. We are looking for someone who is flexible, resilient, proactive and committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.
