School Business Manager:
Salary: £40,643 - £45,077 (HCC Grade F, full-time equivalent)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: August/September 2026
About the Role
The School Business Manager is a senior leadership position with responsibility for planning, developing and delivering the school's business and operational functions. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across areas including finance, administration, human resources, premises, health and safety, and compliance, helping to ensure the school continues to flourish.
This is a role for someone who is highly organised, forward-thinking and committed to excellence, with the ability to build positive relationships and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Working Hours
The nursery is open from 7.45am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Working hours will be arranged on a shift basis
to provide cover across these opening times.
