The position requires someone who is fit, flexible, motivated and a reliable team member with good, practical skills. We require someone who takes the initiative, is proactive and conscientious. We are also looking for someone with a D1 driving licence who is either MIDAS trained or happy to complete the course to drive the minibuses. As Caretaker you will report to the Site Manager and duties will include
- Ensuring the site is tidy
- routine maintenance including decorating, gardening and general D.I.Y
- low-level window cleaning
- Minibus driving
The successful applicant will need to have a wide variety of practical skills and good awareness of health and safety standards and procedures and work within our Federation.
