Supporting school governance across Hampshire, you will bring experience as a school governor, alongside strong leadership skills and a proven track record.
You will work with governing bodies, headteachers, and colleagues to provide high-quality advice, training, and support, helping ensure effective governance and better outcomes for children and young people.
What you’ll do:
- Provide expert governance advice and guidance.
- Build strong relationships with governors and school leaders.
- Influence and challenge to drive improvement.
- Deliver training and development for governors.
- Support strategic leadership and accountability.
