We would like to appoint a Senior Admin Officer to join and lead our friendly school office team. The role of Senior Admin Officer is central to the effective running of the school’s day to day communication and administration in our busy school office. This is a varied role and an exciting opportunity for the right person.
Experience in school administration is highly desirable, but candidates with the right experience, skills and qualities for the role are very welcome. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to work quickly, be self-motivated, flexible, trustworthy and have excellent organisation skills. They need to be able to show initiative, communicate at all levels and be committed to supporting the welfare of the children.
Managing a small team, you will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative and financial support ensuring that a high quality and effective service is delivered at all times, including providing support for the Headteacher and Senior Leaders.

- High levels of accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
- The ability to develop positive working relationships, working collaboratively and effectively with all colleagues
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Publisher
