We are seeking to appoint a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our committed School Support team.

What we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of administration and collection of payments for trips and activities across both the primary and secondary phase to include:
- Liaison with trip leaders and the finance team to ensure compliant running of school trips in accordance with policy
- Responsibility for the preparation of travel packs, (administration and medical) ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
- Management of the day to day pupils DofE accreditation in liaison with DofE lead
- Sending communications to parents as directed by trip leader, and respond to queries in accordance with office practice
- Monitoring income, tracking parental payments and replies, and keeping relevant colleagues informed
- Supporting administrative colleagues as required
- Being a member of the School’s First Aid team
Key skills and knowledge required:
- The ability to organise a busy and varied workload to meet strict deadlines
- The ability to work on own initiative
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills
- To be confident in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook with the ability to extract and manipulate data
- Good attention to detail and consistency
- Flexible and adaptable to the demands of the workload throughout the academic year
- Familiarity with Tucasi would be an advantage but training will be given
