We are seeking to appoint a patient, caring, and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to work across our school working within classes 1 to 1 or with small groups or out of the classroom delivering specific interventions
The successful candidate will:
- Be willing to undertake relevant training to further develop their skills and expertise;
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCo;
- Deliver individualised support programmes designed by external professionals, such as speech and language therapists and occupational therapists;
- Support children with personal and intimate care, where required, in a sensitive and respectful manner.

The post is for 30.85 hours per week (8.40am – 3.20pm) with 1/2 hour for lunch.
Salary Scale B (£24,796 - £25,128) pro rata – actual salary £15,506 - £15,713)
