- Can demonstrate an ability to nurture children in accordance with their individual, emotional, social and learning needs.
- Has experience in supporting children with special educational needs or skills that enable them to fulfil the role. This is desirable but not essential.
- Is creative, enthusiastic and resilient.
- Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Is a great team player who would really enjoy contributing to the life of the school.
- Is able to supervise children in a positive way during their outdoor play
- Is supportive of our values and ethos as a Church of England Primary School.

The role will involve working closely with the teacher to provide learning opportunities to support children in their class and support a named 1:1 child to make sure the children receive a high quality, inclusive experience at our school.
