We are looking for a special someone to join our warm and friendly team to support learning within the classroom, as well as supporting a children on the autistic spectrum, who:
- Is able to demonstrate an ability to nurture children in accordance with their individual emotional, social and learning needs.
- Has experience in supporting children with special educational needs or skills that enable them to fulfil the role. This is desirable but not essential.
- Is creative, enthusiastic and resilient.
- Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Is a great team player who would really enjoy contributing to the life of the school.

The role will involve working closely with the teacher and other support staff to provide learning opportunities to support a named children on a 1:1 basis to ensure they receive a high quality, inclusive experience at our school. This aspect of the role will be shared with an existing members of staff at our school. The other part of the job will be as a class Learning Support Assistant within the classroom and 30 minutes lunchtime supervision.
