As a dynamic and visionary leader, you will join our senior leadership team as the Strategic Lead for Schools and Curriculum. In this role, you will develop and support high-quality curriculum and teaching across all Hampshire schools, helping to shape the future of music education in the region. You will support schools in developing an effective curriculum that ensures strong student engagement and achievement across all key stages. You will champion the Hub’s vision for a cohesive music curriculum and excellent teaching and learning. Additionally, you will drive forward the new Lead School programme, ensuring high standards and innovative practices across Secondary, Primary, and Early Years Curriculum.

To be successful in this role, you will need a secure understanding of the National Curriculum and exceptional skills as a practitioner with a deep understanding of effective learning practices.
