Our fundamental mission is to provide an exceptional learning experience for every student so that they may lead a happy and successful life now and in the future.

In March 2024, we were judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted. Whilst we are honoured to receive such an accolade, we must be clear that this does not define us. What makes us stand out in the crowd is the strength of relationships between our diverse student and staff body. It is one of the reasons why Cantell is a great place for students to learn and staff to work!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Student Services Administrative Assistant to join our busy and highly collaborative Student Services and Admin Team in May 2026.

The successful applicant must be able to work under pressure, multi-task and be prepared to go the extra mile.

First Aid trained and SIMS experience would be desirable, however training will be provided. The salary offered is between £26,402 - £28,207 per year FTE (Grade 5 pro rata salary: £13,827-£15,256), 40 weeks per year (term time plus 1 week) 22 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday).

We will offer the successful applicant:

  • A committed and extremely supportive staff team
  • The opportunity to make a real difference to our students
  • A thriving community of students and parents / carers

We wish to appoint candidates with:

  • CPD opportunities to support Career development
  • Free onsite parking
  • Free onsite Fitness suite
  • Staff wellbeing initiatives
