Job Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our highly successful Student Support Team at Prospect School. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference to the lives of our students, with responsibilities across attendance, welfare, safeguarding and examinations.
You will work closely with key staff to support students whose education is at risk, helping to improve their access to learning and enabling them to make the most of their educational opportunities. You will ensure that daily registers are accurate and complete, follow up any unexplained absences, and escalate concerns in line with school procedures. You will work directly with students and their families to address barriers to attendance, supporting them to re-engage with education. You will also be responsible for monitoring attendance trends, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for school leaders and external professionals.

This is a varied and rewarding role that is central to our commitment to improving the life chances of students at Prospect School.
