An exciting opportunity has opened up at Knights Enham Nursery & Infant School following the successful appointment of our current Deputy Headteacher to a headship.
We are incredibly proud to see members of our team develop and progress in their careers, and this now creates a fantastic opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious teacher to join our well-established Key Stage 1 team.
This is a particularly exciting time to join Knights Enham. Following our recent successful Ofsted inspection, the school continues to build on strong progress and improving outcomes for pupils. The inspection reflected the positive journey the school has been on and the strength of our work around inclusion, behaviour, attendance and the wider experience we provide for our children.
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive, experienced and well-established Key Stage 1 team, with colleagues who work closely together to plan, share ideas, support one another and maintain high expectations for all pupils.

Experience within Key Stage 1 would be advantageous, although we would welcome applications from strong teachers who are keen to develop their practice within this phase.

This is initially a fixed-term position until the end of the current academic year, with the potential for the successful candidate to secure a permanent position from September, subject to staffing requirements and successful performance within the role.
The vacancy has arisen because our current Deputy Headteacher has successfully secured their own headship, which is something we are extremely proud of and which reflects our commitment to developing people and supporting career progression.
