For January 2026, or sooner, we are looking for an exceptional colleague to join our Physical Education Department. The successful candidate will be able to teach ages 11-16 in this dynamic and forward-thinking department, delivering GCSE Dance, KS3 Dance and Aesthetics alongside KS3 and KS4 Core PE.

Students enjoy a comprehensive programme of extra-curricular activities and any candidate joining the team will play a pivotal role in delivering and developing these. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing the KS3 Dance curriculum.
This is an exciting time to join us at Crofton; we are a happy, and ambitious school, excited about our journey to becoming exceptional. If you are an imaginative and energetic teacher, able to contribute to our culture of sharing best practice and want to make a difference to the life-chances of all the students in your care then this could be the post for you.
Applications are welcome from qualified teachers from all levels of experience. We have an outstanding, and established Induction programme to support staff new to the profession. The person appointed will be given full support in their career development as we believe that development of staff is a key aspect in raising standards for our students.

We will ensure that all our recruitment and selection practices reflect this commitment. All successful candidates will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service checks along with other relevant employment checks.
