HTC would like to invite applications from dynamic, enthusiastic and committed teachers to join a strong, supportive and forward-thinking department where results are above the National Average for expected progress.  We have OFSTED ratings of outstanding for Leadership and Management, and Personal Development, and good for Quality of Education and Behaviour and Attitudes (most recent OFSTED inspection November 2024).  HTC is a ‘school where students’ academic achievements and their personal development are regarded as equally important’.   ‘Parents are overwhelmingly positive and appreciate the care and support their children receive’.  The College is an exciting place to be and we welcome applications from qualified teachers who want to be part of a consistently strong College. Applications from Early Career Teachers due to qualify summer 2025 are welcomed.

This appointment would suit an ECT or experienced ambitious, well-motivated and effective teacher who is keen to take on new challenges and is passionate about our language and literature from across the globe. The successful applicant would be expected to teach English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
