Teacher of Mathematics

Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Teacher of Mathematics to join our highly successful department. Mathematics has consistently outstanding results at both GCSE and A Level, with strong uptake and achievement across all key stages. The department is friendly, professional and supportive, and is highly regarded across the school for its commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. Collaboration and the sharing of best practice are central to the team’s ethos, and a strong team worker is therefore essential.

The successful candidate will teach Mathematics from KS3 to KS5 and will bring a dynamic, disciplined and imaginative approach to the classroom. A passion for the subject, high expectations for pupil progress, and a commitment to supporting students beyond the classroom are key aspects of the role. This post would be suitable for an ECT, as well as more experienced teachers seeking to join a thriving and supportive mathematics department.
