Job Introduction

We are a good school with outstanding features and are seeking to employ a highly motivated and inspiring, teacher to join our happy and successful school. Our children deserve the best and we believe that we have to get it right for them from the start so we are looking for a superb primary school teacher to join our team. We are looking for candidates who would feel confident in Year 4.  


 We are looking for a talented, inspirational teacher who: 


 *Sets high expectations for themselves and their pupils 
 *Can teach children the skills to become independent learners 
 *Has an excellent knowledge of KS2 and has high expectations for learning 
 *Is a reflective practitioner who aspires to achieve excellence through demonstrating outstanding teaching which leads to outstanding learning. 
 *Has excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills. 
 *Is a great team player who would really enjoy contributing to the school 


 So...what do we want from you? 
 
The desire to work hard and be a life-long learner. 
You get from your job what you put into it and we want someone who will take a full and active part in school life within and outside the school hours of 8.30am - 3.25pm. Our existing team do this plus more and need someone with the same attitude to join them. 
 
 But most importantly: 
 
We want you to care about our children. 
They get one shot at school. We want you to be motivated by their success, know that they learn when memorable experiences are created on a daily basis and need someone who has clear boundaries but is kind and caring.
