Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve success?
We are seeking a dedicated, resilient and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our in-school Alternative Provision, supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people by helping them develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons.
Working alongside a small, experienced team of teachers, you will support the delivery of bespoke learning programmes for up to ten students. The provision provides a nurturing and structured environment where students receive personalised support to improve engagement, emotional regulation, behaviour and academic outcomes.
