Salary Details: Grade B (C would be considered based on experience and impact evidence)
Hours of Work: 8.30am-3.30pm Term Time (39 weeks per year/ 32.5 hours a week)

Job/Person Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team, as a Teaching Assistant to support inclusion within our school. The post holder will be offered high levels of support and a bespoke training package to enable them to be successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one, small group and classroom support for pupils with SEND
- Deliver interventions
- Reinforce learning requirements set by the class teacher.
- Promote inclusion and independence.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to work well with others and, following training, use their initiative to attune to the needs of the children.
- Have a patient and nurturing approach.
- Have experience working with children with SEND (desirable).
- Have a good standard of English and Mathematics.
- Be able to work well with others and show own initiative.
- Be well organised, a good communicator, great team player and have a good sense of humour.
